Lunch Bag Pumpkins
I love coming up with new ideas to use with those cute little dollar store pumpkins.. So this year I decided to cover some with those brown paper lunch bags that I had stored in the cupboard for the last few years.
These little pumpkins are so easy to make and I think they turned out so perfect to use in a rustic or a refined neutral decor. Really, I think they would fit in anywhere. They are so easy to make using very little in supplies.
All you need is a dollar store pumpkin, glue gun and glue sticks, scissors, brown paper lunch bags, twine and a book page.
Just cut the sacks into 1 1/2 strips and cut the strips in half.
Twist each strip into a crumpled mess. The more crumpled the more texture you will have.
Then start gluing the strips onto the pumpkin.
Just keep gluing all around the pumpkin - pushing them together and making sure you cover up all the orange.
Glue some twine around the stem and add a couple of book page leaves and you have a darling little pumpkin to add to your decor. Go to the URL below for more details.
- Craft pumpkin (Dollar Tree)
- Brown lunch bags (most grocery and variety stores)
