I admired my grandmother‘s hand made afghans ,but I never could get the craft down . She would be so patient with me but it just wouldn’t come. My daughter posted on Facebook how to crochet. It peaked my interest so again I set out to give it a try.
I could only do a simple chain stitch , but I grabbed my tablet and pulled up you tube. I learned how to do a double stitch. I ripped it out several times and did it again till I had nice even stitch. This is going to my grandson.
I was ready to start a new stitch so again pulled up YouTube again and learned this stunning stitch. This is going to my Grand daughter.
This is my first blanket , it is made with thick soft yarn. It is so comfy , my husband wants one for himself.
Approved by my wonderful husband.
Before I could finish my Yorkie is giving his approval.
