Watch this super easy thrift store photo frame transformation from an out dated orange color to neutral farmhouse gray color….

SUPPLIES





  • old frame of choice
  • chalk-type paint
  • foam brush
  • scrap piece of burlap
  • buffalo check ribbon
  • wooden button with 2 holes
  • hot glue gun
  • scissors

STEP BY STEP


Carefully remove the glass insert and paint the trim on the frame in your desire color using the foam brush.

Cut your burlap scrap to fit the glass, using the glass as a guide for cutting.

Thread ribbon through the button holes and then tie a tiny bow or simple knot, it's your choice.

Hot glue the button to your desired position on the frame. I placed mine in the middle at the top, but considered placing it in one of the bottom corners and adding a few more to it as well.

Re-assemble your new photo frame and place your favorite photo inside. I put my note card in for example.
