Finally order in the workplace! Back at the desk, we say goodbye to chaos and bring calm to the sea of organized chaos. The long-missing order now always remains in view with the quickly constructed hanging storage system made of wood and cork. Well then, get on the tool!

Material:  1 x wooden board measuring 5 cm x 25 cm x 50 cm, 1 x white pegboard measuring 23 cm x 23 cm, 1 x cork board measuring 23 cm x 23 cm, 1 wooden pen holder , Wood glue, cord, possibly jigsaw, drill, ruler

Note:  If you don't have your own jigsaw, you can of course have the wooden board and pegboard cut to size at a trusted hardware store.

Step 1: First drill two holes at the top edge of the wooden board. The drill should be about the same diameter as the cord.

Now thread the cord through the holes and knot the two ends together.

Step 2: Glue the white pegboard and the cork to the wooden board with some wood glue. Let everything dry well.

Then glue the pen holder in the desired position.

Step 3: it's time to start decorating! With clips, thumbtacks and pin board pins, your favorite objects can now be attached and set in scene. Et voilà!

I feel like this would be more for aesthetics than it would be of practical use. Gluing the peg board directly to another solid flat surface simply revokes the intended purpose of a peg board.

I’m always looking for ways to utilize wall space. I live in a condo where floor space is at a premium. Thanks for the idea!!
