Wooden Picnic Table Makeover

An inexpensive wooden picnic table needed a makeover and I was just the DIYer to handle the job. This is a super easy project that can be completed in just a few hours unless you are like me and end up painting and staining any wooden surface you can find!
Old, gray, and dingy - this was an $80 table from Lowe's that sat out in the weather since last summer.
The wood was also starting to become rough - no one likes to have splinters in their butt cheeks!
The top of the table and benches were given two coats of an all in one stain and sealer from Cabot - the color turned out well AND it smoothed out the wood.
The frame and legs of the table were painted a dark gray exterior paint color from Sherwin-Williams.
