Enchanting Fairy Houses

Fairy houses are everywhere now a days. Garden Centers, Crafts Store and of course, Online. They can be a little pricey and since pricey is not in my budget, I decided to make my own. Time to play with the hot glue gun and burn my fingers , but in the end I created my small and enchanting fairy house using arts and crafts ideas.
Where did I get my idea? I have been going through my house and donating items that I no longer used or needed. I thought this pear was so pretty, but I had no where to put it. So it sat in my dining room for about a month Of course, I forgot about the box in the corner... and then I started getting my gardening inspiration from local shops and I love looking at their fairy sections, but like I mentioned above they are so pricey... So out came the box and "hello" inspiration struck. Here is what I used to make my fairy house.
My Fairy House Supplies

*Moss

*Small Sticks

*Glue Gun

*Home Decor Pear from my house

*Grape Leaves from an old flower arrangement

Steps to Make Fairy House

Attach Moss to Pear

There are several vertical lines going around the pear, so I measured the sections and cut the moss and applied with hot glue glue
Add Second Layer of Moss to Pear

Repeat step from above
3 layers of Grape Leaves Added
Frame out the Entrance with twigs from backyard tree
Are you like me when it comes to having multiple arts and crafts ideas going on? I want to make another fairy house!!!
