I made these lawn dice for a friend then added a storage case/scoreboard. Will have to use a bucket (prob 5 gal) to actually play game.
I cut a treated 4x4 into 3.5" x 3.5" sections. Then I used a Forstner bit in drill press to drill holes to a set depth did some sanding and sprayed on shellac. I built the storage case around the outside with some plywood and hinges also used chalkboard paint on panels on inside for a scoreboard. Put on a handle and clasp and there you have it.
Suggested materials:
  • 4x4, plywood, paint, shellac, hinges, clasp.
