How to Paint A Checkerboard Wall

I was remodeling and organizing my coat closet turned storage closet and thought it would be really fun to add a pattern to the walls. I had all the supplies so this project cost me nothing! This checkerboard wall is an excellent addition to any storage closet, bedroom, bathroom or playroom! I alternated the paint behind the shelves to add color.
