Grab a scan of your child’s favorite Valentine’s creation, a printer, and some cards to replicate that creation for multiple friends and family!

Listen, I love a cute Valentine’s craft where we paint baby’s hands and make a cute picture. However, I do not have the time (nor the patience) to have my baby create multiple versions of the same craft for everyone in the family. So, let’s make it easier!

First things first, we need to come up with a cute Valentine’s craft design. Draw your own or find one online!

Next, we’re going to watercolor the design, leaving space for baby’s handprints. I found a design similar to this online and made it my own.

I did not get a picture of completing this in action (if you have a 10 month old, you understand!), but here’s the final result of the original. I get to keep this version 😊

Next, we scan the picture and adjust it to fit our cards. My cards are 3x5, so I made sure the image will fit those dimensions. Print out the scans.

Cut the scans out and decorate your cards. If your child is old enough, they can decorate the cards with you!

Finally, glue or Mod Podge the images onto the cards.

And, there you go! A cute, easy way to share your child’s favorite Valentine craft with friends and family! Write a nice note in the card and/or include a picture of your little one to really make the recipient’s day!
