Bathroom Remodel

We bought a fixer-up house and this is my favorite room so far...
Before Picture! We were not quite sure what to do so we ripped everything out and had to re-do all the plumbing and electrical. It was a mess to say the least!
I decided at the last minute I wanted cubby holes for extra shelves so we used glass tile, 3 cubby's in bath area and 3 on the outside wall. We found a floor tile that looked like wood at Home Depot and decided to use that in the bath/shower area.
My husband made a valance with a live edge to cover a curtain rod and added an extra window. The project ended up being bigger then we anticipated. We used hardiboard behind the tile to make sure no moisture would get into the walls.
The completed tub/shower! We ended up doing this bathroom for $1500, of course we did all the labor.
We decided to try this as a sink. After buying five different ones from Amazon we chose this one... $20 for a sink! My husband thought I was crazy but now he loves it
The cabinets are kitchen cabinets from Home Depot that we polyurethaned and the counter is rough cut cedar.
Enjoyed the project?
