Teen Boys' Bedroom Makeover Reveal

My teenage boys room was in desperate need of a makeover. We gutted the room back to the studs and started all over again. Purchasing used furniture and giving it a facelift saved us a bundle. New flooring, walls, wiring, lights, dressers, wardrobes, beds, and bedding gave this room a total transformation.

    Be careful about finishing attic spaces. For resale, it's always nice to have the finished room but check with your local appraisers about how small a bedroom can be to be recognized as a "bedroom".
