Antique Trundle Sewing Machine had several coats of paint over the veneer
THe sewing machine had been removed before I got it.
The top was taken off, and replaces with 2 pieces of pine wood, painted colors the client had picked out, to match her inspirational office.
The base was hand sanded, repainted a semigloss black.
In the clients office, she had beautiful antique block blankets, so it was my inspiration for painting. The colors, base yellow, with pink, green and lavender. Painted as blanket blocks. Top folds up, with the removeable extra leg, has a spot in the back to hide away.
