Under $100 Bathroom Makeover

I think a powder room is very challenging to decorate but I really wanted this room to be pretty for my guest. I ended up spending $55 dollars total for this makeover. I used things that I already had but I am going to add in all the cost even though I shopped my home and used items I got for free to show you that you can makeover a room for under $100.
The first thing I did was paint the vanity white. You can read more about the vanity makeover. Even though the white paint made the vanity look new, I wanted to add something to dress up the vanity.
I measured and very easily cut two pieces of aluminum to fit onto the drawers. I attached the sheets with glue. This project took only a few minutes to do.
I purchased an old mirror from the Thrift Store a while ago for $5, and I painted the mirror white.
I spray painted my light fixture and all my bathroom hardware with brushed silver metallic paint.
I still felt like my walls were boring so I purchased boards and cut the boards to the size I wanted. I nailed the boards to the wall with a nail gun. You can read more details here. I painted the wall below the board and the boards with white paint.
I am so pleased with the final results of my under $100 bathroom makeover. The dark room now feels bright and beautiful! You can see the total cost of everything on the blog. http://www.savvyapron.com/100-room-challenge-reveal/
