DIY 3D Invitations #HomeCrafts

My boyfriend is THE Biggest Simpsons fan, so in light of his 'milestone' birthday, I decided to throw him a Simpsons Themed Birthday Party. The party was a blast and it included these custom invitations.
Using some leftover scrapbook paper (that we've had around for ages), some perfect Simpson's Yellow paper, foam we found around the 'tool shop,' sandpaper (for Homer's Beard), a few envelopes, a handy printer, and the Silhouette, we created these completely custom 3D Homer Simpson Invitations. For how we made them 3D, check out the tutorial (link below).
You can also hop through other DIY'd craftiness (like homer head balloons, the tablescape, etc) that we made for the party!
