DIY S'mores Movie Night

Get the family together for a festive s'mores themed movie night! These simple DIY's will add a festive touch that your family will love!

Make a snack holder with a shoe box and wrapping paper!

Trace and cut out circles on the top of a shoe box. I used a sprinkles jar for the perfect circle size for cones! Next trace the circles in the center of a piece of wrapping paper large enough to wrap the whole box. Use an Xacto knife to cut out the circles. Next, line up the holes and wrap the box like a present.

Finally add a movie ticket and washi tape to decorate the box. Fill the holes with waffle cones and a yummy snack. I used mini chocolate chips, marshmallows and teddy grahams to go with the s'mores theme!

Make snack trays for the whole family. Not only are they fun they eliminate crumbs! Use the lid of a shoe box and add washi tape to decorate the rim. Cut out a ticket and put each family member's name on it. Also make a yummy s'mores shake with vanilla ice cream, chocolate milk and marshmallows to serve. To save the little ones from getting cold fingers, use felt to make a drink wrap!

Cut a zigzag pattern out of the top of a brown paper bag. Add a ticket to the front of the bag to label the snack! One of my favorite s'mores snacks is popcorn, pretzels, graham crackers and marshmallows coated in milk chocolate. Mix ingredients together, toss in melted milk chocolate and spread out on parchment paper to dry or refrigerate to accelerate hardening. It is so YUMMY!!!
