Girl!! You are so righ! Bathroom caddies are expensive!! But look at you go fixed that problem! Bam!! I love everything about it the word the stain the handles everything!!! I have one suggestion just one mind you and I think it will work for all us bath bathing iPad toting ladies out there are go glad you came up with this ide!! I know I am!! so I thought about this idea so you won’t have to worry about knocking the iPad or your cook book stand in your spa for the day tub😃 take the stand and bolt one side of the stand left or right side which ever one you want then (not both sides!) you would then be able to close the stand then lay it down flat (I hope this making sense!) On the top of your caddy I’m sorry I cannot tell you what kind of brackets I have them pictured in my head A u bracket turned upside down is all I can think of to explain it Or you could use some small vintage door hinges from something at the thrift store s jewelry box etc. or at your local Michaels hobby lobby A.C. Moore’s online Home Depot Lowes use you’re imagination what you would like to use or you could just leave it standing if you didn’t want to lay it down after you bolted the one side down and put something else on it when you’re not using it a picture and book of poems. But any whooo thanks for sharing I love your idea! Hope to make my own soon!

I'm just curious. What is the bath tub shape? Oval or round? What are the dimensions of your bathtub?
Love this idea however, are there issues with water getting on it over time?
