WHAT A MESS this would be. lmao! Please hand or machine stitch this before you go cutting it. You will become the most frustrated person on earth if you don't. (Just as bad as those little beads filling bean bag chairs or stuffed animals, UGH!) Feather pillows CAN get yucky, but you CAN wash & dry them in the wmachines/dryer on gentle cycle. Also, there's SO much play in feather pillows that these CAN be used on a sewing machine to stitch before cutting. Just fold pillow in half, shake vigorously until all feathers are at each end. Hang the one end off to the open side, scrunch the other while sewing. It can push through easily. Make sure it's a double stitching so you can cut between them. Done. And to the person that asked about the indention at the top of the pillow? ... I just can't. 😂

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
How do you fit that under the sewing machine foot??? What am I missing?!
How do you get the indention in the top center of the pillow?
Wouldn’t it be easier, and less messier if you make two sewings in the middle of the pillow about one inch apart and then cut?
