I am truly enjoying some new design ideas made out of the dollartree witch hat. Here is a mermaids tail I created.

Easy and fun to create. I am working on a top for the tail idea, but for now, I made the tail out of the witch hat. Please see my other ideas on my Youtube Channel for I have made angels, icecream cone and cotton candy wreaths out of the witch hat form that cost only one dollar!
