Patio Remodel

Our sad and tired-looking patio was beginning to crack. We wanted to wait until next year to pour a new pad. So, I painted it!
Patio has been power washed and is ready for paint. I let it dry several days before primer and paint.
This is a photo of our patio now, taken from the pool deck. I primed, painted, added the flowers and used the cracks as vines.

LeeAnn M on Aug 18, 2014@Tina I used some exterior paint that we had on hand, but I thinned it down with water. I wanted a very thin coat of paint on the concrete. At the time, I thought if it peels or bubbles, oh, well, because we were going to pour a new slab. But, now, I hope it holds up for a few years! :)

I love the beautiful patio transition. Would you mind telling me about the paint you used? Also, did you use stencils or was it free-hand? I'm thinking that this would be great for my concrete patio. Thank you!
