Making Fairy/Gnome Gardens With Little Ones
What do you do when you're working on your Fairy Garden and the Little's are over? You have them make their own!I thought they'd have fun creating their very own.
One thing "B" did enjoy was putting the soil in his bowl.
After placing some soil in each bowl they started making their perspective homes. "I" tried to show "B" by placing a faux succulent in his bowl. Since the dirt part was done he took off to play.
''I'' turned back to hers. She was very meticulous.
Looking for just the right piece...She worked on it slow and methodically.
Curiosity got the better of "B". He finally decided to give it a try.Once he started, he liked it. After all it was playing in dirt!I was really surprised at how long it kept them entertained.''B'' tried to copy his sisters
''I's'' Fairy Garden
''B's'' Gnome Garden
Best of all, when interest is lost, they don't need to be watered since there aren't any live plants. They can also rearrange and play with them anytime they want.

Such a cute idea for the kids. They can watch it grow, add to it, rearrange it. Very cool.
