Here is the video, so you can see exactly how I made them!
I bought three of these jars from Dollar Tree. They are glass and have lids.

I cut black vinyl into triangle eyes, a mouth and a nose. I used the vinyl from my Cricut machine, but cut it by hand.
I painted the inside of the jars, right over the vinyl.
You can do the same colors, or use different colors.
They look great and you can leave the vinyl in place. I wanted to have gold eyes on the white one. I didn't have any gold vinyl, so I carefully removed the vinyl.
I covered the outside with plastic wrap and tape, so the outside is protected from the spray paint.
Once the plastic wrap is in place, I painted the insides of the jars and the lids, with gold spray paint.
Once dry, I removed the protective layer.
Another option is to paint the inside and put the vinyl on the outside. other way looks great!
We all know where to get Halloween decorations, but the best ones are the ones we make ourselves! These would look great anywhere in your home or as front porch Halloween decorations. If you want more great free Halloween decorations, you can find on my blog!
