Paper Bag Turkey - No Oven Required!
A Very Silly Project with Spectacular Results for Your Thanksgiving Appetizer Table.
Say Hello to the Paper Bag Turkey!
And the Best...No Oven Required!
1 Paper Grocery Bag. 2 Paper Lunch Bags. Some Dabs of Hot Glue.
White Printer Paper - 1 sheet. Scissor.
Buy a bag or popcorn, or pop your own. Salted. Caramel. Spicy. Kettle. Cheddar. Rainbow. Or Popcorn Balls.
Fun Old-Time Popcorn Machine. Link Here.
Dollar Tree has sturdy, thick, large paper bags - perfect for the Turkey body.
Turning the bag inside works. But you need to be careful so the bag doesn't ripe.
*Another option is to paint the bag in golden brown turkey colors to cover the writing on the bag. Add some glitter for the glaze.
Set aside some of the popcorn for the 2 turkey legs.
Scrunch and squeeze the filled lunch bags to create realistic Turkey Legs.
To cover the closure, attach one of the Turkey Legs...or place the closure side on the bottom.
Fringe the white paper - attach with hot glue to the skinny end of the turkey leg.
A Very Regal Bird.
Enjoy while waiting for the Main Event!
