The best solution I've found for rust stained porcelain (or cast iron enamel) is a paste mix made from hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Make it pretty thick and leave it on there as long as it takes replacing the paste every 1-2 days.
This stuff works great.
use lemon juice!

Have you tried Mr. Clean Magic Erasers? I've found them to clean everything!
Rustoleum makes a great rust remover. I also like navel jelly. WD 40 will works as well.

Hi! Most products like Bartender's Friend will remove rust. WD40 also works. Even a can of coke! Next consider what's causing the rust. You might want to refinish that part of your sink with a porcelain repair product like Rustoleum makes. Good luck!
