You could put a tension rod on the inside of the window. You might have to secure it with additional tape like gorilla tape or alien tape or velcro or command strips.
We used a simple cafe curtain rod and a plastic curtain for ours. I cut it to size. You could likely hold up a light curtain with command adhesive under the brackets - if they don’t get too wet.
Hello Have you have you considered window glass privacy film? We find that to be a perfect solution for our window over the tub and a toilet room.
I agree with the last comment my first idea was a privacy film. You can purchase them in an array of different kinds on Amazon nowadays and the best part is that they're not permanent at all.
I agree with the window film. You might even consider just frosting the window. That would allow light in but at the same time give you privacy.
If you simply don't want water in that window area a shower curtain would work.

If you don't have tile there add a curtain rod to the wall. You can also add a tension rod shower curtain from wall to wall and add another shower curtain that you cannot see thru. You can shorten it if you want to only the length of the window. I had a 5 block x 7 block glass block window in my shower and that is what I used.

if you hang a curtain you need one with weights in it to keep it from blowing around or better yet install vinyl or faux wood blinds
try the film that looks like frosted glass that you can put on. Its easy to peel and stick
A tension rod would work very well without putting holes in the frame of the window, a medium weight rod would hold a lighter to a medium weight curtain.
Another thought is to have a shower curtain go completely around the entire shower area, hang brackets from the ceiling and then hang the shower curtain.
Here's some from Amazon:

You can buy frosted spray on paint, It lasts forever and is easily taken off if you do not like it.
Privacy film is the easiest solution. I would be concerned about the window frame being constantly wet from showers, so I would consider replacing the windows with glass blocks.
here is another idea

What about using a tension rod?
Hello,
Use Shower Curtain cut down to fit!
Hello DeeKee. Since the window extends all the way to a corner, conventional rods won't work. I would use a tension rod or a cafe rod. Good luck DeeKee.
Thank you all. I will check into your suggestions
Windows in showers are very hard to keep dry and clean. I would make sure that your curtain is much larger then window to keep water out. But I would be wiping it down after every shower...
Hello Deekee, you can just put a peel and stick contact paper on it to make it private, it will still let in the light, but not the peeping eyes
