Revamped Bedroom Project

by Sharon Stancliffe
I recently revamped & moved into a small bedroom/bathroom vacated by my daughter, changing her gray walls for restful deep blue. Inspired by new mustard yellow sheets, I decided to paint the interior of my closet the same color and used yellow fabrics for accents in the room. Some of my revamp projects include: painting & re-covering shades on two lamps, creating a beautiful bulletin board, re-covering the seat on a straight chair, adding a painted ceiling medallion, repainting a footstool, revamped framed art for the bathroom & will sew a duvet cover & bedskirt next. I'm ridiculously happy with my beautiful new space!

So many pretty things, great color scheme! I love the yellow fabric on the chair and lampshade, and the repurposed hutch for books is lovely! What a great room!
