Toolbox Centerpiece

I found this cool vintage looking toolbox when out thrifting one day. So I painted it white as I do most things and added a bit of a painted motif on the side.
And this is what it looked like last year with it's chalkboard sign and little Spring flower motif. This year I decided I wanted to change it up a bit but didn't want to repaint it so I did something else.
I wrapped some 3" French logo burlap ribbon around it to hide the previous Spring motif and then tied some twine around that. I made a cute little twine flower and glued it to the center.
Then I filled it with moss, a birds nest, faux daffodils, painted peat pots and a ceramic bird.
It now sits on my table ushering Spring into the dining room. Just a simple little fix to change things up a lot. Please visit the URL for more details.
