Hi Chris, with neutrals like blue and grey you can really do any colour you are drawn to. Red always looks nice if you are looking for a pop of colour.
Hi Chris, either white or black would be "safe"; however if you want to add some pizzaz, why not try a bright yellow or goldenrod? You'd want to consider what color your trim is around the windows and door to ensure whatever you do is attractive and goes well with the trim. One easy way to decide is to take a color picture of your home and then select a few paint chips from your local Home Depot/Lowes and cut the chip to the size of the door in the pic. You'll see which color YOU like the best right away.
I like a pop of color - yellow, red, or a bright blue.
I vote for some shade of red!

Copper.
Red would make my eyes hurt on a blue/grey house as would copper. Not in the same field that would compliment it. Teal would be a good bet. You could use a teal on the green or the blue side of the color range. Bright enough to add color, but still not a blaring contrast to the blue/gray.
I think a dark stained wood door would look amazing!
Is your door wood or metal? Be careful with Blues, because if your door get direct sunlight the door can turn an ugly purple. If your house is light gray, I would probably go with a charcoal gray.
Hi Chris, bright white, blue, or grey, charcoal, or what the color of your eavestroughs is.
I would go with blue or yellow.
this is a nice color https://www.simplenaturedecorblog.com/front-door-makeover-for-instant-curb-appeal/
Hi Chris: A lot depends on the style of your house. But, I think that a bright red might be nice :)
A shade of red or green depending on the tone. Mustard would look nice too
I vote for red. Then put some pots on your porch planted with red flowers. An American flag would look great with the red. Good luck Chris. Happy Holidays.
Brown or yellow would be my choice.
White would be my first choice with dark colours like those.
That all depends on your trim color. Natural wood grain is very nice
Red for a nice pop of color but it will fade. Darker gray if you want to blend in. Yellow is a popular color for that scheme as well.
teal, black, dark blue go to the paint store and look at chips to make sure it goes with the house colors
For a pop of color I'd say a canary yellow. Otherwise, if you want a neutral I'd go with white if your window frames are white, too. What color are your shutters? You could match the door to their color.
You can't go wrong with black! Iron Ore from Sherwin-Williams is a gorgeous dark dark grey.
I like pink but also yellow, mint green
