Dollar Tree DIY Pinecone Tree

Christmas is coming up and I'm always looking for new decor ideas. I came up with this cute pinecone tree which is a great project for kids to do. It's budget friendly and very easy! I love the natural look and you can make a bunch at a time to have throughout your house.

Check out how I made this easy craft!

What you’ll need:

Pinecones

Mini pots

Hot glue gun and sticks

Pick out a few pinecones and bake them in the oven for about 10 mins to make sure there are no bugs left on them.

Next I just glued it to the rim of the pot. If you are going to paint or Mode Podge your pot, do that before gluing the pinecone on. I’m just keeping mine simple.

Then I glued on a metal star to the top to give it a vintage look.

I then embellished it with a Christmas tag and some twine to finish it off. How cute are these mini Christmas trees?

Give it a go and let me know what you think!
