Big Nutcracker made with old buckets and pipes.

This is the final project.

Recently I applied asphalt coat to my driveway and end up with empty buckets, I don't like to throw them in th garbage but I have plenty. I decides that I need a project to used them.

I took some pipes from an old soccer net my father did for my boys long time ago and they don't use it anymore. Those were for the legs and arms.

I went to Walmart and bought the spray paint and painted them and let them dry.

Putting the pieces together

I used screws to attach the arms and cups to cover the shoulders.

For the face I cut a piece of wood for the nose and some stickers for the pupils of the eyes.

Used paint to do the rest and piece of paper to do the mouth.

Cut 2 pieces of wood to do the feet.

Started decorating the body, I used some gold tape and some stones painted in gold color.

Added the hair and beard. The hair is from a Halloween spider net and the beard is from a Winter hat.

For the sword I used 2 pieces of wood and painted them.

The hands are balls of Styrofoam.
