I was bored and needed to stay off my feet so I decided to make a christmas tree
I started out by getting what I would need, like wired garland ties, they make good tree branches. I got it from the Dollar Tree for a $1.00
I also bought a thing of garland to use as branches. I thought about offsetting them to give my tree a more natural and real look. I got it from the Dollar tree for $1.00
I also picked up a large plastic star for the stand. Also picked it up t the Dollar Tree for $1.00
I started to bend the ends and hot glueing them down. First I started with the garland ties and then glued the garland that I cut to the length I wanted it to be.
This is the tree with the branches glued over half way looking good I am happy, I can adjust them any way I want them too
Here is the tree completed, top to bottom. Now all that is left is the decorations. I love how it turned out.
Here is the tree decorated and in my kitchen, the lights didn't show but there is over 30+ lights on it. I am happy with how it turned out
finished, I would have placed a angel on top but could not find one small enough. I have never had a star on top before but this is my end result
