How to Make a DIY Wall Pennant

Want to create some affordable and personalized art for your walls? This wall pennant is a quick craft that anyone can complete in an afternoon.

Below are the written instructions for this simple DIY project.

In terms of supplies, you only need some felt, a dowel, stickers, iron-on adhesive, a hot glue gun, and some rope.


We first draped the felt over the dowel and pinned it in place. Then we used the iron-on adhesive and ironed it to secure the felt. With it secured around the dowel, we removed the pins.

We then cut the rope and secured it to each side with the hot glue gun. Finally, we cut the felt into a point so it looks like a cute little pennant, and then traced stickers with a fabric marker!

The best part about this project is that you can personalize the letters to share a quote that you love. We chose "Be Kind" (a favorite sentiment of ours!), but anything will do!
