DIY Pond and Slate Project
The Bear's Garden gardeners get together to transform our messy pond's edge with beautiful slate slabs donated by a local contractor.
Before the edge of our pond gets a face lift, we lift the lining and regrade the area before setting down sand and slate.
Garden members Kat and Ryan pitch in with muscle and will power to bring these heavy slate slabs over to the pond.
The slabs are like puzzle pieces coming together in a perfect fit to create an elegant path around our pond. Matt and Aeli are pleased with their handiwork!
The beautification is complete.
