Who doesn't LOVE an antique sideboard?! Seriously...these are one of my favorite pieces to come across! Every time I see one I instantly want to recreate it! SO many ideas...
This is the before pic. She is a serious beauty...just look at those bones!
I chalk painted her with in a stark White. JUST changing the color already updates her in a gorgeous way.
I distressed her right back to her brown roots. I love how distressing gives it that perfect time worn feel. and sealed her with a clear coat for durability. Smoooooth like glass!
I wanted a graphic that was sweet, elegant yet popping! This is a Antique Postcard front from GraphicsFairy. I hand drew this one on and added the postage. Handwriting is easy for me to look at and mimic!
This postcard fits this piece perfectly!!!
Here she is at my vintage market that I co-host here in Alberta. She is literally the centerpiece and I had a hard time letting her go!
