All you have to do is get your primary acrylic paints RED, YELLOW, and BLUE, extra colors are GREEN, BROWN, White and Black, A palette to hold your paint and a flat or filbert brush to paint your colors. A jar with water to hold your brush and to keep it clean..
Then as you darken the skin tones, keep adding more brown to the basic mixture of White, yellow, red, and Brown..you can also experiment with adding a bit of blue, or Green to the basic mixture.
Next you can mix your basic skin tone of white, a little yellow, a little red, and brown, more white then the other colors to make the lightest skin tone, you may want to adjust the red or yellow to if the tone is too yellow or red..to keep the lightest skin tone add lots of white to the basic color..
Then as you darken the skin tones, keep adding more brown to the basic mixture of White, yellow, red, and Brown..you can also experiment with adding a bit of blue, or Green to the basic mixture to change the flesh tones..
For you last step you can darken the darkest skin tones, keep adding more brown to the basic mixture of White, yellow, red, and Brown..you can also experiment with adding blue and black with your brown...or just black and brown..Happy Painting!!

Here is a sample of skin tones, you can see the lightest skin tone where you add more white to the base color, the skin tone on the yellow side where you add more yellow to the base color, and the skin tone on the red side where you add more red to the base color, and the dark shadows where you add more brown to the base color.
