Old Doors Converted to Weathered Headboard

These are two old doors fastened together and attached to the wall by galvanized piping for some depth.
Attached 1x4 boards to the back of the doors. One on each side measuring the entire height of the headboard.
Measeured and cut 6 additional boards to attach horizontally between the verical boards.
Primed, painted then sanded for the weathered look. We made the lights from a light kit then added the cages. Attached them to the headboard with galvanized pipe making it easy to adjust the height.
