This is a Quick Process of How We Made Our Outdoor Shower Enclosure. The shower and water (both hot and cold) was already there.
Conversations, Pinterest Posts, Sketches, More Conversations and the Design was Decided on. Our Home, the Gnomad Pad, is All Mid Century so the Enclosure had to go with that theme as much as Possible.
Then the Hub Went to Work! See Our Blog for the Whole Process and the VERY Cleaver Latch Idea: https://ourownbigworld.com/2017/03/20/come-on-in-and-shower-outside/
The Shower is in the Corner...next to the air Con unit which is next to where the Garbage pails are stored....so we needed to hide all that. Who wants to shower and see that, ugh?!
Fence was Up...but the Hub wanted an Arbor Above it.
Not...The Posts went in and we did not get to this point for a while and that was not a good idea. The posts twisted a bit standing there on their own. Don't Do That.
The Shower is Done on the Outside! We used very cheap wood which made it harder to stain....but all in all...it came out great.
And Inside. My favorite part. Spray paint, brushed paint, rocks and shells.
Enjoyed the project?

Nothing as grand as what you created, but having a pool in the backyard, sometimes I like to wash my hair outside after a swim. We have a wooden fence by the pool and a bit of it is angled to hide the pool filter, etc. I had a shower curtain (made of the thick fabric that outdoor flags are made of) that used to be in my children's bathroom, colorful and decorated with fish and an underwater theme.
I used a curved shower curtain rod and spanned it from the straight part of the fence across to the angled part and hung the curtain. No plumbing, I just use the hose! Now I can wash my hair outside and not be seen from the street.
Sorry no picture, I took it down for the winter and have not put it back up yet.
