Pink Baby Shower

Saturday I went to my beautiful friend Ornella’s baby shower and there were so many great ideas I want to share them with you today. I know we're all decorating our homes but we all host so many baby showers in our homes and there were lots of great ways to save $$ here. Not only was everything decorated beautifully in all it’s P I N K – GIRLY – G O O D N E S S, but there was some wonderful Creativity and Diy inspiration evident too. So I wanted to share these great ideas for baby showers, baby and girls rooms.
This small table held a pair of the tiniest Gucci Shoes for baby Ella and a book that Hermine made with pictures taken from her Maternity photo shoot. She made a sign that says please write your “Pearls of Wisdom.” I thought that was such a wonderful idea.]
Hermine made this pink tutu like skirt for the table and set up this beautiful Candy Buffet. She went to down town L.a. and bought all the candy and put it in jars that she already had. The cotton candy came in childrens bags and she put them in clear bags with pink ribbons.
Inside the darling invitation was this enclosure. I thought it was BRILLIANT!! What a wonderful idea to bring a book instead of a card. We all spend $3-4 on a card (at least) and instead to bring a book and sign the inside, she will always remember each person while reading these wonderful books to baby Ella Nicoloe. She probably received 40-50 books that she will have and treasure I’m sure.
The Shower was held in the clubhouse in Irvine. There were handmade white tissue flowers hanging, white rose bouquets throughout the room, Pink Lemonade and Champagne too.
The favors were so amazing and I got to help a few days before in putting them together.
Her cousin Niki ordered the Pink Nail Polish to go inside and monogrammed stickers too.
Nikki made the headband making station so you could make your own headband for baby to wear.
Niki ordered the pink napkins online with cute baby feet and her initials on them. I’m sure you could buy stamps too if you wanted to make them for a little less. Nikki painted the letters E L L A that will go in her room and she blew us away with a beautiful hand made hope chest she made for her as well. It was definitely a room filled with family, friends and lots of love. It was a wonderful day and a beautiful shower and I enjoyed being a part of it.
