Our church is having a luncheon for new members and as a part of the committee I volunteered to do something for the tables.
I drink this carbonated water and the little bottles are adorable. I had an entire recycling bin full.
I started by spraying them with some paint I had.
I love this paint. It is a blue that fits well with French country, beach, almost any decor.
I then added a little green spray paint.
I always have twine. It is cheap and so great for many projects.
Got out my glue sticks.
Loaded up the old glue gun.
I simply wound twine around the top and middle of each bottle. I added hot glue at the beginning and end and trimmed the twine. If I have time I may add a decoration to each bottle.
Here is the centerpiece. I blocked the faces for privacy. I am keeping the bottles for future dinners. We can add seasonal decorations or a stenciled tag to hang on each one. The point is to use what you have.
