Predestined for diversion, this vintage two-tone glass dish contains in its petals a mini world made by hand and fixed to the glass. In home decoration or centerpiece, it introduces a fresh and magical nature inside the house.icon

This pedestal glass flower corolla makes a perfect miniature fairy garden planter that can hold a poetic basin.

This dish was abandoned near the recycling of glass and I could not help but tame it without knowing what it would become. And then, it has become obvious to me: This pedestal glass flower corolla makes a perfect miniature garden jardiniere that can hold a poetic basin.icon

I started by painting in blue sky a big pebble and some small ones, to sprinkle them with glitter, to varnish them, to stick them and to insert some translucent blue pearls. Then a couple of swans settled in this sparkling pool

I put flowers beads and leaves on a wire to form an arbor, which I stuck under the pebbles. Two painted butterflies sat at the top.icon

Bushes and plastic flowers were stuck around the pool.

I added thumbnails: a white fence and a bird that landed there. The base houses some rosebudsicon

then a white rabbiticon

and a groundhog holding a mushroom

This is not common: a terrarium with duo swans sailing on a bluish scintillating pond, lined with flowering bushes, inhabited by a white rabbit and a groundhog while a bower of flowers houses a duet of butterflies. In home decoration or centerpiece, it introduces a fresh and magical nature inside the house.

DIMENSIONS: dish 26 cm high, base 9 cm, dish corolla: 26 cm in diameter, height with figurines and arbor of flowers: 35 cm

I like to divert the objects of their first function and that by magic, they become a new unexpected object, at the same time useful and decorative. Fairy gardens, terrariums and miniatures are part of my favorite themes. Here I installed them in a vintage dish found on my way. Thank you for your support, it means a lot to me.
