I am having fun painting this old picnic table for our community garden. Check out the photos to see just how I did this.
I started by sketching a design with a pencil. Then I used complimentary colours to paint the details.
I loved adding the polka dots. It just enhances the whimsical nature of the flowers.
By end of summer, the dew arrived too soon to continue the painting.
I wanted to finish the table & get it moved to our community garden.
I gave up on sketching the flowers first and just freehanded it.
Now I have a couple more small flowers to add on the end and its ready to go.
Enjoyed the project?
