Whether you call them rosettes or medallions, these pretty decorations are perfect for any occasion. I see them made out of paper all the time and wondered if I could make them out of vellum. I did a search for it and didn’t find any, so decided to try it out for myself and I am so happy with the results. These diy vellum glitter rosettes will definitely add some fun and beauty to your next celebration!
Take a piece of vellum and accordion fold it.
Fold the accordion vellum in half and use hot glue to join the inside pieces together. It should look like a fan after the inside pieces are together.
Use hot glue to join all the fans.
Add Mod Podge where you want the glitter.
Add glitter and let dry. Table a string to the back so you can hang your rosettes.
You can use your hot glue gun to stack them together.
Get creative with these. I added some stars and also a pom pom.
I love how these turned out. You can use them for party decorations, create a photo booth background, make them in holiday colors...
