Dollar Tree Bandana Pumpkins
Y’all know I love a good deal, so I was excited when I found all of the supplies to make Dollar Tree Bandana Pumpkins. They turned out so cute, went together in just 15 minutes, and only cost $5.00 (for two)!
To begin the Dollar Tree Bandana Pumpkins, gather all supplies. Remove the tags from the foam pumpkins with scissors.
With a craft knife, carefully cut out a square around the bright green foam pumpkin stems to create a hole. Use a sawing motion and light pressure. Set the foam stems aside because we will need these later.
Remove the orange bandanas from their packaging and lay out flat on your work surface. Starting at the corner with the tag, insert the bandana into the hole at the top of the foam pumpkin.
Continue to pull and fold the bandana using the natural shape of the Dollar Tree pumpkin as your guide and poke the fabric into the hole with your finger.
Gather, fold, and insert the Dollar Tree bandana onto the hole at the top of the foam pumpkin. Use a chopstick or pencil once the hole becomes filled with fabric. Repeat with the second foam pumpkin.
Remove the extra orange foam from the bottom of the stems. It’s a bonus that the stems already have a wooden pick in them. Basecoat the stems with Lamp Black acrylic paint, with a paintbrush and then apply a second coat, if necessary. Set aside to dry.
Measure and cut two 12″ lengths of natural jute twine with scissors and tie together to create a bow. Repeat to make a second bow. Insert stems into the tops of the foam pumpkins and secure with a glue gun and glue sticks. To finish the Dollar Tree Bandana Pumpkins, glue the jute twine bows to the base of the stems.
I hope you will use my Dollar Tree Bandana Pumpkins project as a jumping-off point to showcase YOUR Autumn decor. Dollar Store foam pumpkins and bright orange bandanas create a fun country-inspired piece of home décor for the first day of Fall through to Thanksgiving. This quick and easy craft project goes together in just about 15 minutes. Change the colors of the bandanas to accent your Fall home decor.

So simple and easy! I love this. Now I'm thinking of other coloured bandanas and plain white cloth to paint atop of. Thank you for sharing!
