Mailbox Makeover

Our mailbox, needed some attention. Okay, It need a whole new and exciting relationship full of joy and laughter--it needed full on LOVE.
First step was to scrap away the flaky paint and the gold numbers.
And maybe wash off where dogs had 'marked their territory'. gag.
Did you know you can buy one of these flags at a home improvement store...sheesh. Should have thought about that when it broke...5 years ago.
I used a high performance enamel spray paint in a glossy black. Oh, it looks so southern all dressed up in spiffy black paint!
I cut the numbers using gold vinyl that is an outdoor grade. Times New Roman is the font that our neighborhood uses.
