Have you ever wondered what to do with the spent stems once your Day lilies flower? In the past I have always picked them and tossed them aside. I then had an idea to pick them, trim the bottoms and spray paint them. After drying I placed them in an container and placed them on the patio outside. Great way to add more color to a space and interest! For full details on this project visit http://topthistopthat.blogspot.com/2012/07/a-really-green-idea.html
