It's time to start thinking about decorating for Easter and I love to start with my front door. This is a very easy DIY and the best part is all the items I got from the dollar store!

You need a wire frame, 2 rolls of the deco mesh, some pipe cleaners (not pictured), burlap ribbon, eggs and your hot glue gun.

First, cut some pipe cleaners into 4 pieces each. You will need anywhere from 5-7 pipe cleaners.

Take the end of your deco mesh and pinch it together. Wrap your pipe cleaner around the pinched part and attach it to your wreath frame.

Work your way around your wreath frame, pinching about every 6" or so and then attaching it to the frame. Try to alternate where you attach your ribbon with the pipe cleaners to keep your wreath looking full.

I used 2 full rolls of the dollar store deco mesh for my wreath because I like it nice and full. Once I had both rolls attached to the frame, I cut some pieces of ribbon, folded them in half and then at the fold crease I attached a pipe cleaner and attached them to the wire frame. I like adding the ribbon to fill in bare spots, to hide imperfections and to give it a bit more interest.

I used little styrofoam eggs, added some hot glue to the back and glued them right onto the deco mesh. Again, use as many as you would like until you're happy with your wreath.

I finished my wreath by adding a little stuffed bunny to the middle. I just wrapped some thin twine around him and tied him right onto the frame.

Now you are ready to welcome the Easter bunny!
