Quick and Easy DIY Potting Bench

I couldn't believe how fast these came together. I built two of them in under six hours!
I will actually be using these as work/organization benches in our garage.
Using basic 4x4's, 1x4's and 1x6's, a few basic wood screws and finishing nails they were a piece of cake to build.
I used a paper template, drilling holes to make it easy to attach the posts to the side rails.
We made a cut out of each of the outer 1x6 boards to slide around the 4x4 post.
I laid the 1x6 boards perpendicular to create the bottom shelf.
Used 2 additional 1x4 boards for support under the table top.
The countertop is made up of 1x6 boards butted up against each other. I hope you come on over to see the full post and tutorial. I can't wait to make another one, this time using higher quality of wood and making it a little smaller. I think it would be perfect as a serving cart on our deck!

I want to make some just like this as a work bench in my garage. How much would you say you paid for all the materials?
