I’m a Disney Freak all around. Way before I had my little one to encourage me. We are in FL so “stay-cations” to Disney are just a weekend away. Hurray! Love all things Disney and I love matching at our Disney vacations. “The Disney uniform” my husband calls it (he’s not so happy about it, but he plays along ) next month we are off to celebrate my little ones 6th B-day, so I wanted our "Disney Uniform" to have little more flare this trip.
Immediately I thought…..shoes! I can draw pretty well but I didn't want to make anything too complicated so that my husband would feel compelled not to be in uniform.. HA! So I decided I would go with something simple. Of course my little one wanted something a little different but still within the theme, so I obliged. All I needed was a blank canvas, or shoes.. in this case.
I'm really excited on how they turned out. It was easier than I expected. The key is to outline first and don’t use markers just incase you change your mind. I will definitely do this again. Maybe a more elaborate character the next time, and with a different colored “canvas” ha! So stay tuned.
