Etch Glass in 5 Minutes

I had no idea glass etching was so easy or I'd have done it long ago. Once I learned how I went through my home looking for things I could etch!

Glass items to etch on
Let's dig into how to etch glass. You must use a thin sticky stencil for glass etching. You can create your own by hand or buy them ready made. I made mine using my Silhouette cutter. (FREE PATTERN ON MY SITE.)
Place a thin layer of etching cream on your stencil. DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR SKIN.
Let it sit for 5 minutes. Rinse off.
Rub off the rest. The cream can definitely irritate your skin so it's wise to use gloves. I just made sure to not touch it.
Remove the stencil and finish cleaning. That's it! ***MORE DETAILS & PATTERN ON LINK BELOW***

I'm not sure what you mean... to hold a non-sticky stencil? If so, no that wouldn't work to well. The stencil has to stick to the glass everywhere or the cream will seep under spots. Ć -
