Who in their right mind would save some rusty old cans? Me that's who.....vintage décor includes a bit of rusty with that chippy furniture right. This is a easy , inexpensive table décor that will fit right in with the Farm house theme.
Get cut with this and Im in for a tetanus shot for sure! First step is a dry brushing of this vanilla colored paint. Being sure to let some of that pretty rust shine through. projects like this and my kids are really testing my sanity. I hear stuff like what are you doing with that trash? Shhhhh I say.
After it was totally dry I added a little chalkboard, I did not paint it on I used a new to me chalk board peel and stick by Duck. I love that stuff it works so well.
I also so added this burlap flower, for easy instructions come visit at Sweet Tea N' Salty Air. A button in the middle, stuffed it with some Norfolk Pine trimmings and some faux harvest vegetables for a pretty table décor.
No tetanus shot...pretty for a fall table décor! So don't throw your cans away. The ways to paint and decorate these cans is endless
