Sheer with sparkle fabric covers wall behind tufted headboard. Tufted painted with my black Chalklet's paint, followed thru rest of furniture in creamy and pretty grey.
On night stands, I found a sheet of glass tiles. And they fit in doors perfectly.

Then found the end of bed bench at garage sale for $4 and faux fur grey fabric for $10 on eBay.
The matching dresser, painted grey, with creamy trim, and creamy over the pretty grey on mirror. All from my Chalklet's paint.
My mom' antique dresser from the 20's, painted in Pretty Grey, Chalklet's paint.
Sorry 'bout the tv cable showing. Yes, I spray painted this corner chair with silver paint, just to add a little "kick" to the decor, and am covering seat with leftover faux fur.

I sell my Chalklet's paint for $10.00 - 1/2 pint sz and a pint is only $15.00

Like so many of you I simply cannot afford the $32 to $40 a quart. AND, the Best news is: a 1/2 pint $10 size will cover a medium size dresser, easily, even with 2 coats. YES, this is a chalk based latex paint. It has a natural primer in the mix. NO NEED to prime ,sand or prep, first.

Three easy steps, 1- paint, let dry.

2- use at least 150 fine grade sand block and sand the chalky feel from paint,

sand on edges if you want shabbier look.

3- use a good clear paste wax, my fav is Johnsons paste wax rub into paint surface, let dry and buff .
